Horrifying Humpday (SHARK WEEK!!!)

Hello! I know it's Wednesday but I'm back! This week is Shark Week on Discovery Channel and I have a Daddy Hiddles doodle for the occasion. There's a quote of Tom Hiddleston's that I do not how true it is but in it, he explains that he is terrified of sharks. Chris Hemsworth, however, actually loves sharks so the thought of these two men who are obviously best friends having completely different views on this notorious animal is hilarious. Personally, I fall in the middle having a great fascination and respect for the animal but I do not want to touch one or be in close proximity in its territory out of shear fear of a bite or attack. So here's my doodle:

I know for a fact that I drew Chris's legs funny because Tom's leg actually ended up in the way and I've only seen baby pictures of India Rose so I invented little bangs because I was not sure of her hair. I actually started this on Monday (only sketched a little bit for an hour deciding on what action the shark was doing) and finished it yesterday but I went out last night and didn't feel like finishing up the draft when I came back. I haven't been able to see anything from Shark Week yet and there was going to be a sonogram this year. I completely missed out on Shark Week last year because I didn't know when it was and I was upset when I found out on vacation that it was just the week before. Oh well. I could visit my grandparents' on Friday to watch something and there's clips online. I don't know how soon I'll doodle again but if I don't come back on Friday, I hope you have a nice week.

Cartoon Charicature

Hello! It has been so long! I have doodled little stuff but I wanted to have something substantial to post here so I have something today to break this no doodle streak:

Yay! More Daddy Hiddles! I got this idea a while back, I think around Wizard World (I didn't go, but thanks for asking), but I decided to work on it today because I don't want it to look like I abandoned my blogs and I've been bored in the afternoons lately although I have been doing more reading lately and that kept me entertained until I finished the book. By the way, I loved Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World, it's great. I also read a good portion of Sherlock Holmes stories in April/May and currently checked out a collection of love poems and sonnets by Shakespeare so I'm getting cultured over here. My sister colored the majority of this for me because my finger where the pen rests started hurting. Hope to be back soon.

Wednesday Winter Wonderland

I am back with another doodle. Yay! Ok, before I show it, there is apparently this argument among Frozen fans about whether Elsa should get a boyfriend or a girlfriend in the upcoming sequel. There are petitions and everything. Personally, I am a Helsa shipper so I naturally lean more towards that because I believe that it would sort of be a waste of time and money to create a whole new character to pair Elsa up with when they have a very single character available, but I don't know what Disney is planning. For all we know, they plan on letting Elsa die an old maid, Anna and Kristoff and their 15 children inherit the kingdom and we end up with this gem of an end credit scene:

A lesson that it is best to let it go. Maybe I shouldn't have done this because I do want Helsa to become cannon and everybody will blame me if Disney decides to do this as a huge joke on all of us. Don't do it Disney! Or I will not buy your merchandise and only watch pirated versions of your movies. I also don't want Loki to die. Have I made myself clear? I hope to return with another doodle on Friday and remember, this is only a joke.

Babies and Concentrated Consulting Detectives

Hello! This week I'm making up for about two weeks of not posting doodles with this mini fandom week. I'm calling it fandom week because all the doodles I have planned are related to my fandoms so here's two for today:

I worked on coloring Wee Babby Companion (Bucky) yesterday but I thought he was a bit small for a post here so I left him for Blogger today. He is accompanying Loki (Wee Babby Changeling) and best bud Captain America (Wee Babby Knight) on my Redbubble in the collection Wee Babbies. And then, since I spent the past month reading a collection of Sherlock Holmes stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the second doodle is based off of this quote in The Hound of the Baskervilles: "It is a singular thing, but I find that a concentrated atmosphere helps a concentration of thought. I have not pushed it to the length of getting into a box to think, but that is the logical outcome of my convictions." The original Sherlock Holmes in literature knew better than to sit in a box to think, but I am under the impression that BBC Sherlock so would. Sit in a box, that is. Well, I hope to return with more done tomorrow as I decided to sketch out my doodle ideas yesterday and work on the more complicated parts as the week goes by so stay tuned.

Suddenly doodles on Saturday

Hello! I don't always get on my computer on Saturdays, but when I do, I haven't been on in forever and I want to get back into the hang of things so I worked on a little somethings.

The first is a character I've posted here before but a long time ago because I haven't worked on this character ever since and I don't see myself working on any of my original Powerpuffs anymore so I'm just going to draw them for Redbubble so they don't go to waste. I worked on Annie (that's her name) while fighting with my scanner because it was refusing to recognize tiny baby Steve and his buddy (who I will work on coloring on Monday) but then I thought of something which finally helped in scanning Steve here so I worked on him. He is going to be part of a series on my Redbubble of Avengers as Wee Babbies to give Loki (Wee Babby Changeling) some company there. Ok, well, Monday I'll come up with the explanation for my disappearance and some more doodles hopefully. Have a good weekend!

Fruitful Friday

Hello. I have been doodling but I haven't really been feeling good (emotionally) and I've barely been on my own computer so posting on here has gone by the wayside. I feel better today even though my breakfast wasn't what I usually have and my day usually feels off when I don't have chocolate milk (although I haven't had lunch yet) so here goes my three doodles:

I doodled a more finished version of a Magnus doodle that I did already because I felt that doodle was worthy of a T-shirt. He's up on Redbubble, if you're interested. Then the middle is inspired by Tom's no longer secret talent of playing the spoons as an instrument but with Loki setting the stage for it. And then this weekend is the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death and that pretty much calls for a Daddy Hiddles doodle. I hope to finish the original that I started which was definitely going to include Tom but alas, I had not a clue as to how to execute his legs with his costume so I will leave that for another time. Hope you guys have a nice weekend.

Look for the bare necessities...

It's Friday! And that means the Jungle Book remake is out. My sister told me like an hour ago that it has already made 4.2 million. That's surprising because it's just becoming movie time here where I live. Well, for people like my family that tends to walk out of a movie theater while it's still daylight. Anyway, the original animated one is quite dear to my heart and so is Tom Hiddleston, and the funny thing is he loves the movie to the point that if he meets and makes friends with someone that hasn't watched it, he plays it for them. So naturally I had to draw a Daddy Hiddles doodle to commemorate:
I'm going to log off and get off of my computer quickly because it's lightning outside so bye!
